Know when to arrive. Not just when you're scheduled.

Every appointment has three different times. Most tools blur them together. TempoCue keeps them apart, so a delay never quietly becomes an instruction.

Connect, predict, notify.

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Businesses keep their scheduler. TempoCue reads the day from a CSV, a webhook or an existing system — or staff tap check-in, start and finish on a simple board.

  2. Step 2

    Predict

As visits start, run long or finish early, TempoCue recalculates when each person will likely be served, as a range with a freshness time.

  3. Step 3

    Notify

When the estimate moves enough to matter, people who opted in get a short update by app, text or email. Small wobbles stay quiet.

For people

Your time. Back in your hands.

  • One timeline. Upcoming appointments from every connected business in one place.
  • Honest timing. A live range with the time it was last updated — never a promise.
  • Clear instructions. Your arrival time only changes when your provider approves it.
  • Bring someone along. Give a caregiver access you can limit, time-box and revoke.

For businesses

See delays before they snowball, and stop answering “how much longer?”

Staff-approved arrival changes
Revised arrival times are approved by a named clinician or manager, expire on their own, and are fully audited. Time-critical visits are locked.

Our patient safety commitment

  • An estimated start is not permission to arrive later. Labs, check-in or preparation may still need your original time.
  • Arrival changes come only from your provider. TempoCue shows a revised arrival time only after authorized staff explicitly approve it — never from a prediction alone.
  • Follow your preparation instructions. They still apply, whatever the estimate says.
  • TempoCue is not for emergencies. For urgent medical needs, contact your care team or call 911.

Starting where waits hurt most

We're beginning with outpatient infusion and specialty clinics, where a long wait lands on people who are already carrying a lot.

  • Infusion & oncology centers — now
  • Specialty clinics — now
  • Imaging — later
  • Home services — later
  • Automotive service — later
  • Salons — later

Questions, answered plainly

Is TempoCue free for people?

Yes. Your appointment timeline and alerts are free. Businesses pay for TempoCue. We don't show ads against medical appointments and we don't sell personal data.

Do I need to download an app?

No. If your provider uses TempoCue, you can follow your appointment from a secure text link in your browser. The app adds one timeline across every place you go.

Can I arrive later if my provider is running behind?

Only if your provider says so. An estimated start time is not permission to arrive later — check-in, labs or prep may still need your original time. TempoCue shows a revised arrival time only when staff explicitly approve one.

Does it replace our scheduling system?

No. TempoCue sits alongside the scheduler or EHR you already use. Start with a CSV import or the manual board; add a webhook or integration later.

How accurate are the estimates?

Estimates are ranges, not promises, and every one shows when it was last updated. If the live signal from a business goes quiet, TempoCue says the update is unavailable instead of guessing. We'll publish accuracy only after measuring it in pilots.

What about privacy and HIPAA?

Today's demo uses synthetic data only. Healthcare pilots start only after a compliance review, signed business associate agreements and security checks. Text messages never include visit or treatment details.

What does it cost a business?

We're setting pricing with our first pilot partners, per location per month plus messaging usage. Request a demo and we'll walk through what a pilot looks like for your team.
